Kyra Minton Sedgwick was born in New York City and is an American actress. She's well known around the globe, but particularly in America as she played the principal role in the film 'The Closer. Sedgwick's first role as an actor was in a television show known as 'AnotherWorld. It was when she was just sixteen years old.
